Van enjoys the opportunities to converse with these men and women while answering their questions and planning the delivery of their next vehicle.
Van’s goal is to provide an experience for clients that is unique in today’s culture. He strives to create a car buying experience that exceeds the expectations of most customers set by their previous purchase history. This has included arranging a flight for a customer to fly in and then drive their new Genesis Track sports car for a 700-mile road trip back home. Or it may include having just the right car shipped to the dealership for a customer driving in from out of state.
When he is not online or in-store creatively meeting the needs of his customers, Van follows football and his favorite Green Bay Packers. He enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and practicing his shot as well. He also plans to develop his enjoyment of the automotive business for many more years. The future of Van’s career is based upon his desire to gain knowledge of all aspects of dealership management. He hopes to remain in the auto business, working alongside people who are passionate about cars and passionate about meeting the expectations of their customers, for many years to come.
